Welcome To The Auction!
City Gospel Mission (a not-for-profit 501 (C)(3) organization) serves more than 9,800 at-risk youth each year. We have a mentoring approach in which caring adults come alongside the children to encourage and guide them. Our flagship youth program is Whiz Kids, a literacy-based, one-to-one tutoring and mentoring program that impacts more than 1,200 academically at-risk students (ages 6-18) at more than 60 tutoring sites throughout Greater Cincinnati. Whiz Kids partners with more than 1,400 volunteers and school districts in eight counties. We also serve youth through the following programs: basketball, ballet, college scholarships, summer camps, teen outreach, Hispanic outreach and horseback riding.
Our major annual fundraiser is the Investing in Youth Banquet. We continue to have over 350 attendees who come together to see what City Gospel Mission is doing in the Greater Cincinnati Area. This year’s event will be held at Hilton Netherland Plaza on Thursday May 14, 2015. The silent auction starts at 6 p.m. and the dinner begins at 6:45.
